Customer Chat

The chat page lets you message customers directly from the CRM. You can answer menu questions, send order updates, and resolve issues without leaving your screen. Every conversation is saved so you always have context.

Navigate to Chat in the sidebar. The left panel lists all customer conversations sorted by most recent. Each row shows the customer name, a preview of the last message, and the time. An orange badge indicates unread messages that need your attention. Click a conversation to open it.
