Create Your First Challenge

A challenge motivates customers to take repeated actions — like visiting 5 times or ordering on weekends — in exchange for a reward. Here's how to create one.

Navigate to Challenges in the sidebar. On first visit you'll see an empty state explaining how challenges drive repeat visits. Click + Create Your First Challenge — or + Create Challenge in the top-right corner if you already have some.
