Create Your First Surprise Box

A surprise box is a mystery reward customers purchase with their points. They don't know exactly what they'll get — each box contains items with different probabilities. It's a fun way to let customers spend points.

1. Open the Surprise Boxes page

Navigate to Surprise Boxes in the sidebar. You'll see existing boxes listed. Click + Create Surprise Box to create a new one.
