How Customers Order

1. Customer scans a QR code at their table (or location)
2. The menu opens on their phone — in the OKeep app or web browser
3. They browse, customize items, and place an order
4. The order appears instantly on your Kitchen Display and Orders page
5. Staff prepares the food and updates the order status
6. Customer earns loyalty points automatically when the order is closed
