How Customers Order
- Customer scans a QR code at their table (or location)
- The menu opens on their phone — in the OKeep app or web browser
- They browse, customize items, and place an order
- The order appears instantly on your Kitchen Display and Orders page
- Staff prepares the food and updates the order status
- Customer earns loyalty points automatically when the order is closed
