Statistics

The Statistics page (Dashboards → Statistics) shows your business at a glance for any period (today, 7/14/30/90 days, or a custom range):

  • Business metrics — revenue, orders, average order value, new vs returning customers. The small percentage next to each number compares against the previous period of the same length.
  • Loyalty metrics — app page views, points earned/spent, vouchers bought/used.
  • Customers strip — live segment counts linking to the Customers page.
  • Charts — daily visitors, points activity, and voucher activity.
